Repair Information
We aim to complete most repairs within one week, provided all required parts are in stock.
Express Repair Service
Need your repair completed quickly? Our Express Repair Service is available for an additional €50, offering a 48-hour turnaround where all necessary parts are in stock.
Repair Charges
- Labour: €40 per hour.
- All time spent diagnosing and assessing a repair is chargeable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the repair.
- If you decide not to proceed after assessment, your model will be returned in the same disassembled condition required for inspection.
Sending Your Repair
If you are sending your model by courier, please download and complete our Repair Form and include it with your package. If you cannot access the form, simply contact us by email and we'll send one to you.
Booking Repairs
We are unable to carry out while-you-wait or on-the-spot repairs. Every repair must be booked in and is processed in the order it is received to ensure fairness for all customers.

In many cases, we can build a replacement battery that offers better value higher capacity and higher-quality components than the original manufacturer pack.
