This payment is for GLS to collect your package and deliver it to us, followed by a return back to you on completion of an inspection or repair.

Breakdown as follows:

• Reverse collection €16
• Redeliver €10

*In the notes on checkout please give us a rough idea on the weight of the package being collected. 

Please have your product very well packed for the courier to collect. Do not leave the original box exposed so the contents are known.

GLS will collect and apply the adress label.
